Sandeep Singh 4e8bc51c1d ARM: dts: msm: Superset common regulators votes change for Lahaina 
These changes are required to have superset common voltages for
HST and HSP for Lahaina HST attachment. It is recommended from
pmic team to use INT_MAX for max voltage vote. So max voltage
vote for S1C & S12B is updated to INT_MAX.
