Houston Hoffman 57d10c2115 qcacld-3.0: Make CONFIG_ICNSS set the bus to SNOC 
Currently HIF_PCI and snoc are not supported at the same time.
Bus should be set to snoc when CONFIG_ICNSS is defined.
