wengjun1 58060c0815 Cypfq: arm64/dts: Only set int pin when suspend 
- Since now we having display/touch current drain issue when suspend,
so need to set rst pin to low when suspend and add reset process to
change rst pin to high when resume. This change will control int pin by default
and will control rst pin in addition process.
