Bernie Moreno-BERNIEM 59532d88ef power:fet_control Remove ps_notification cb 
Some units may panic on charger cable insertion at powerup. Seems
to be a race condition either registering the ps notifier, so remove
the call.  This will reduce the reaction time to check for overcurr
condition at time of charger application.
