houdz1 5a10058a89 denver/dts: disable cabc only when adjust brightness 
Disable cabc only when adjust to low brightnss. Don't disable cabc  when
screen off/on. From suspend to resume, cabc enable and dimming  for PWM
from panel will cause backlight flicker.
