Remove the reset on init, it was initially used when the interrupt did not function properly in early firmware. Also remove the reset in disconnect, and instead just check the status. And add a mutex to prevent the disconnect irq from running concurrently with the status irq to prevent races. The VOUT and VRECT handlers in the IRQ were flipped in case they are both true. We should make sure we handle it in the expected order.
