The easiest way to achieve this appears to be to merge the two files into one. I tried moving the structure definition into a shared header first, but ended up running into too many interdependencies that way. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
