houdz1 5f564e156f dts/milanf: display: don't disable I2C when enter sleep 
Panel's bias/bl driver IC use the same I2C bus with sar sensor.
Enter sleep, but Sar sensor is still on work.
So we can not disable I2C gpio when sleep.
