Cesar Santos 62b1018459 motorola: drivers: Add logic to PD charger detection 
Until now, logic only accepted "Turbo Power" as anything higher than
2500mA, and PD having 15W (9V/1670mA) or 18W (9V/2000mA) would not
trigger such condition, being interpreted as Normal Charger.

New logic adds to Turbo anything higher than 8.5V, so future 12V will
also match such changes.
