huaqin85 6f39ab6876 gauge: force batt present in bt station for factory test 
force batt present status to true in BT test station in factory mode
because sm5602 recognize the batt present though NTC Partial voltage,
but Rhode5G+ no NTC partial voltage resistance on mainboard .
