For FILS connection with FILS auth algo, the keys are derived at the driver and set key is done in the join response path. In this path, if the security profile is not WEP, set key is not done. So for FILS case set broadcast keys returns failure and unicast keys are also not set. Check the add_key flag also before returning error in set-keys. Also store the keys in crypto component so that it can be used at target-if layer to send the unicast/broadcast keys to firmware.
