Murali Nalajala 72a3333f1e ARM: dts: qcom: fix memory node address and enable scm driver 
Fix memory node address to 0x28800000 from 0x28000000.
This address has to be proper for hypervisor to indetify the memory
node for overlay. Additionally enable SCM driver.
