Jeff LaBundy 74625b10a3 misc: cs40l2x: Use firmware amplitude control for playback queue 
Replaced changes to the chip-level digital volume control (dig_scale)
during execution of the playback queue with changes to the firmware's
control-port-triggered amplitude control (cp_dig_scale) to prevent
changes to the amplitude of GPIO-triggered playback during execution
of the playback queue.
