-1, define PD reponds result
enum mmi_pd_pps_result {
	NO_ERROR,
	BLANCE_POWER,
	RESET_POWER,
};
if the result is RESET_POWER, that reset state machine
for recovery abnormal.
-2, ignore thermal mitigation when the pps power was tuning.
