Konstantin Makariev 7d1b945671 drv8424_mmi: enable gpio init 
Added pinctrl state allowing for initial GPIO configuration, e.g.
function, signal strength and pullups. This feature is controlled
via device tree option. Pinctrl state must be called init_state.
