Abhishek Ambure 82302fc938 qcacld-3.0: Update result for GETROAMSCANCHANNELS command 
User can configure roam scan channels using SETROAMSCANCHANNELS and
ADDROAMSCANCHANNELS command.

As the result of GETROAMSCANCHANNELS command, driver returns the list
of channels configured by user.
