we use dcv_pcm as ramping function instead of digital volume gain. when adev_open ,init all control , digital volume gain control will cost about 2s. delete nouseful digital volume gain control to optimze the init time. This reverts commit 7e3f682085432db213d8f35d649fef11b8951ff0.
