qcacld-2.0 to qcacld-3.0 propagation

Fix soft AP to not send Assoc response for Assoc req which is
unprotected and initiated by an injector rather than a testbed
station.
If STAUT sends duplicate Assoc request, Assoc response should
be sent only in case of non-PMF connection.
