Jeff LaBundy 9454721ee8 misc: cs40l2x: Remove aoh_auto_enable control 
* Removed the ability to force the PLL active (aoh_auto_enable = 0)
  as it is forbidden to do so with firmware revision 4.1.0 and above.
* Fixed playback queue polling interval to 5 ms.
