Yuan Zhao 95ee4a9fab ARM: dts: msm: fix the ESD check error for r66451 panel 
60hz could not display and took ESD check failed on some
qrd devices. Changed the panel init sequence, doing 60hz
and 90hz fps switch after ddic power on(29 command).
