It includes code cleanups from Bhumika and Liviu, a significant shader performance fix and additions to the cmdstream validator from Wladimir and the addition of a cmdbuf suballocator by myself. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
