Rakesh Pillai 9d28e0e462 qcacmn: Make num_int_grp consistent with hif_num_grp 
The HIF_MAX_GROUP value is not consistent with the
HIF_NUM_INT_CONTEXTS which can cause out of bound access.

Fix this issue by making both these values same.
