liujg6 9e4a81ebea wt6670f: use integer instead of floating point 
kernel_neon_begin and kernel_neon_end didn't disable preemption,
then SIMD and VFP instructions will be executed in a non-preemptible
section.
Use integer instead will be safer and effective.
