Konstantin Makariev 9e89c022e5 pct1812_mmi: custom config options 
This change includes the following:
 - build ID made by concatenating FW version (reg 0x7e) and Parameters
version (reg 0x7f) info
 - boot status check in the function that reads extended info
 - added custom config options

Custom config options include:
 - max XY coordinates
 - flip reported coordinates along X/Y
 - limit the minimal distance reported in scroll gestures
