xiewen3 a246d9f08a LUR: Revert "BACKPORT: mm: multi-gen LRU: minimal implementation"
The LRU function is not compatible with GKI,
causing GKI to fail to start, so revert.

This reverts commit bdab47a49135e8ded0e5158717bc3a29dbf79e8c.
