In bfq_pd_offline(), the function bfq_flush_idle_tree() is invoked to flush the rb tree that contains all idle entities belonging to the pd (cgroup) being destroyed. In particular, bfq_flush_idle_tree() is invoked before bfq_reparent_active_queues(). Yet the latter may happen to add some entities to the idle tree. It happens if, in some of the calls to bfq_bfqq_move() performed by bfq_reparent_active_queues(), the queue to move is empty and gets expired. This commit simply reverses the invocation order between bfq_flush_idle_tree() and bfq_reparent_active_queues(). Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
