Control gpio switch and regulator of fingerprint according to
the configuration of device node.
1. Use gpio switch if fp-gpio-ven is defined and valid.
2 .Use regulator control if "rgltr-ctrl-support" is defined and relevant
"fp,vdd" and voltage range is valid.
