Host should keep the wake lock from the time it sends
WMI_PDEV_SET_MAC_CONFIG_CMDID to FW till it receives the
WMI_PDEV_SET_MAC_CONFIG_RESP_EVENTID. This will avoid any fatal
crash condition.
