Jeff Johnson a8edc5901c qcacld-3.0: Remove unused protocol macros from HDD 
Code componentization relocated large portions of protocol code from
HDD to protocol-specific components. Left behind were quite a few
macros that are now no longer used, so remove the following:
- WLAN_HDD_P2P_SINGLE_CHANNEL_SCAN
- WLAN_HDD_P2P_SOCIAL_CHANNELS
- WLAN_HDD_PUBLIC_ACTION_FRAME
- WLAN_HDD_PUBLIC_ACTION_FRAME_ACTION_OFFSET
- WLAN_HDD_PUBLIC_ACTION_FRAME_BODY_OFFSET

- WLAN_HDD_PUBLIC_ACTION_FRAME_OUI_TYPE_OFFSET
