Arun Kumar Khandavalli add66eaa8c qcacld-3.0: Release the vdev reference in pmo 
In pmo_core_configure_dynamic_wake_events vdev reference is acquired
and its not released leading to the reference leak, leading to
vdev destroy timeout.

Release the vdev reference to resolve the issue.
