Fenglin Wu b265239536 bindings: sound: Add swr-haptics binding document 
The haptics module inside PM8350B has a soundware slave which
connects to the audio subsystem. It can receive PCM data from
the audio subsystem and use it to play a vibration. Add a binding
document for it.
