btrfs: Add unprivileged ioctl which returns subvolume information ...
Add new unprivileged ioctl BTRFS_IOC_GET_SUBVOL_INFO which returns
the information of subvolume containing this inode.
(i.e. returns the information in ROOT_ITEM and ROOT_BACKREF.)
