Bernie Moreno-BERNIEM c17e04702f power:fet_control ironmn: ps prop usb type BRICKID 
Ironmn cold-boot with charger or usb connected tocharge port is
identifying ps_prop_usb_type brickid, apple charger. fet_control
was not handling this charger type.  Why the incorrect detection
is happening needs to be investigated, but battfet control will
now handle all usb_type cases.
