qcacld-2.0 to qcacld-3.0 propagation

Currently, MTRACE logs are not captured for the events posted
from SME to HDD. So, add missing MTRACE log in hdd_smeRoamCallback()
and also add missing eRoamCmdStatus enums in get_eRoamCmdStatus_str().
