Ramu Gottipati c93a6f5138 dsp: Fix for PSPD configuration error for dynamic speaker 
- PSPD is not applying properly for multi zone streams
  as expected. Due to this observing mute in some of the
  channels.
- To fix this, configure PSPD for multi zone streams.
