Krishna Manikandan d141d184e6 disp: msm: sde: fix cache controller node parse logic 
Cache controller is not a sde property, add
proper parsing logic to get the compatible version
of llcc cache.

Featurise system cache support with a catalog entry as it
provides a finer control to enable/disable llcc
for display.
