litong20 d49bedadce Solve the issue that firmware can not be updated. 
The value of u16_chip0Id is read from firmware, if the firmware is
lost, this value is fts0000, and the init.mmi.touch.sh service cannot
find the matching firmware to upgrade. So the productinfo should use
the value read from hardware.
