i915 fixes for -rc3 Bit more than usual since we missed -rc2. 4x cc: stable, 2 gvt patches, but all fairly minor stuff. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
