Randy Dunlap dc0d58e281 Fix build error when CONFIG_ACPI is not set/enabled:
[ Upstream commit ee87e1557c42dc9c2da11c38e11b87c311569853 ]

../arch/x86/pci/xen.c: In function ‘pci_xen_init’:
../arch/x86/pci/xen.c:410:2: error: implicit declaration of function ‘acpi_noirq_set’; did you mean ‘acpi_irq_get’? [-Werror=implicit-function-declaration]
  acpi_noirq_set();

Fixes: 88e9ca161c ("xen/pci: Use acpi_noirq_set() helper to avoid #ifdef")

README

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
