Add TX FOD write: write up to 6 bytes starting at register 0x00AC. Configure tx parameters on mode change IRQ & bit 2 of mode reg set: -write TX_FOD if configured -write EPTRMPWRTGL to SYS_CMD (moved from p938x_set_tx_mode function) Add handling for EPT modes. Reset after 3 POCP events, or 3 FOD events. OTP will turn off on first event. All others will reset the IC. Additionally, if tx mode has recovered 10 times without being turned off by the user, disable it.
