Jeff LaBundy e03c0063ac misc: cs40l2x: Update DSP initialization for revision A0 silicon 
* Enabled the device prior to enabling the DSP to ensure internal clocks
  are present while revision A0 silicon initializes firmware.
* Corrected the waveform filename and replaced with a macro.
* Updated the minimum supported firmware revision to 3.0.0.
