Since some platforms don't have BOB power supply, if no BOB power source, the BOB on schematic is stands for connecting directly to battery. Most of WL286xC chip selects BOB as input power supply for LDO2~LDO7, when software doesn't have shutdown handler, LD02~7's input power supply is always there, there will be high risk of current leakage after phone power off, so force disable all ldos before phone power off.
