Vignesh U ea52f9b7d4 qcacmn: Enable MKK4 specific WARs for MKKN as well 
The old Japan radars that are detected in MKK4 DFS domain should also be
detected by MKKN domain.

The WARs specific to MKK4 are also applicable for MKKN.

Enable MKK4 specifi WARs for MKKN as well.
