Sudarsan Ramesh eb4ea50d8f ARM: dts: msm: Enable continuous PPS for DP DSC 
This change enables continuous PPS for DP DSC so that a PPS
is sent via hardware for every frame. This is needed by certain
bridge chips where there is a requirement to do so.
