tinno64 ee536d6d7a dts/display: enable hbm mode 
Add suport for dc_hybird_threshold for bangkok, there is a threshold
that swith hybird mode to DC mode. When backight is not large than this threshold,
we must set the register(0x51) to the threshold, let backlight enter DC mode.
