AngeloGioacchino Del Regno f0c1f46e49 arm64: dts: mt2712e: Fix unit address for pinctrl node

The unit address for the pinctrl node is (0x)1000b000 and not
(0x)10005000, which is the syscfg_pctl_a address instead.

This fixes the following warning:
arch/arm64/boot/dts/mediatek/mt2712e.dtsi:264.40-267.4: Warning
(unique_unit_address): /syscfg_pctl_a@10005000: duplicate
unit-address (also used in node /pinctrl@10005000)

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
