When the link status changes, the phylib calls the link_event function in the mvpp2 driver. Before this patch only the egress/ingress transmit was enabled/disabled. This patch adds more functionality to the link status management code by enabling/disabling the port per-cpu interrupts, and the port itself. Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
