Deru Wang f733b21779 asoc: add more return when msm_audio_ion_alloc failed 
Sometimes, the return of msm_audio_ion_alloc is a
positive number not a negative number when audio ION
alloc failed. It will return the status of cmd_rsp
which maybe a positive number.
