* Added a sysfs control for enabling and disabling GPIO1. * Added a means to disable GPIO1 by default based on a device tree entry. * Added a means to automatically control GPIO1 as a function of the host's power state based on a device tree entry. * Updated the minimum supported firmware revision to 4.2.0.
