Adds support for Northstar Plus (NS+) products to the PDC mailbox driver. The PDC driver was originally written to support the PDC ring manager in the Northstar2 (64-bit) device. The NS+ (32 bit device) uses an almost identical ring manager, though with a different name. We just need to check for the type of hardware in use, in order to write the appropriate interrupt configuration register. Also updated DMA width to be correct for both NS+ and NS2. Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
